Whilst Recruitment Group Services (RGS) specialises in I.T. Recruitment, and Traffic and Transport Recruitment, sometimes our clients ask us to help them with roles outside of these verticals. Having the philosophy that our customers come first, we work as hard in general recruitment as we do in one of our specialised divisions. Doing so is something that we are happy to do, as putting our clients needs as a priority is key to long-lasting relationships.
NETWORKING
When a client has a need to fill a position, our first port of call is to leverage our network. Our network is large and has been built over many years.
sOURCING
When our network does not produce a good candidate fit, we have many platforms, methodologies, approaches and international partners that we can utilise.
SCREENING
When screening a candidate, it is not just the technical fit, it is also a combination that includes communication, time management and emotional intelligence.
Presenting
Presenting a candidate is the easy part. For each candidate presented, there have been days, months or years of networking to know who to present and to know if they are a good fit.
